Bu s\u00fcrecin i\u015fletmeye verece\u011fi zararlar\u0131 asgariye indirmek i\u00e7in uygulanabilecek alternatiflerden biride, sistem tasarlan\u0131rken %100 yedekli olarak dizayn edilmesidir.Ancak bu alternatifinde maliyeti, olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir.<br \/>\nS\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kimyasal\u0131n yeniden dolumunda \u00f6ncelikle dikkat edilmesi gereken kritik noktalar temelde \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir:<br \/>\nYeniden dolum i\u00e7in gelen t\u00fcp\u00fcn imal tarihinin 5 y\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7memi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u015eayet bu s\u00fcre a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ise vanan\u0131n bas\u0131n\u00e7 testine tabi tutulmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu testte vana i\u00e7erisinde bulunan bo\u011faz contalar\u0131 kontrol edilir. Vana \u00fczerindeki man\u00fcel bo\u015faltma kolunun tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mdaki \u201cburst disk\u201d kontrol edilir. Gaz\u0131n man\u00fcel bo\u015faltma kolu kullan\u0131larak bo\u015falmas\u0131 durumunda mutlaka \u201cburst disk\u201d delinmi\u015ftir, de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekir. Solenoid vana s\u00f6k\u00fclerek \u00fczerindeki 2 adet conta kontrol edilmelidir. Bu contalardan birinde hasar olmas\u0131 durumunda gaz ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131ndan, mutlaka de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekir. Dolum a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda bulunan \u201cg\u00fcvenlik diski\u201d kontrol edilmeli ve gerekirse de\u011fi\u015ftirilmelidir.<br \/>\nT\u00fcm bu kontroller yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, test cihaz\u0131na ba\u011flanan vana a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki i\u015flem s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re<br \/>\ntest edilir:<br \/>\n\u00d6ncelikle vana yeterli miktarda bas\u0131n\u00e7 ile bas\u0131n\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. K\u00f6p\u00fckl\u00fc su kullan\u0131larak vanan\u0131n \u00fczerindeki t\u00fcm noktalardan (dolum a\u011fz\u0131, man\u00fcel bo\u015faltma a\u011fz\u0131, solenoid vana, manometre ve g\u00fcvenlik diski somunu) ka\u00e7ak olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol edilir. Herhangi bir ka\u00e7ak olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde vanan\u0131n dolum a\u011fz\u0131 kapat\u0131larak 24 VAC elektrik verilmek suretiyle tetiklenir. Bu s\u0131rada vanan\u0131n \u00fczerindeki g\u00fcvenlik kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k olmas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir. Ayn\u0131 i\u015flemler bu kez de vanan\u0131n \u00fcst g\u00fcvenlik kapa\u011f\u0131 kapal\u0131, dolum a\u011fz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k olacak \u015fekilde tekrar edilerek vana \u00fczerindeki Azot gaz\u0131 atmosfere b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. T\u00fcm bu i\u015flemlerden sonra vana t\u00fcpe yeniden monte edilerek t\u00fcp hassas tart\u0131 ile tart\u0131l\u0131r ve silindir \u00fczerindeki bilgi formunda yazan gaz kilogram\u0131 dolum makinesi ve pompa kullan\u0131larak silindire doldurulur. FM200,bas\u0131n\u00e7 uygulanarak s\u0131v\u0131\u015fla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir ve bu haldeyken y\u00fcklenebilir ve depolanabilir. S\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir gaz olarak FM200 \u201cdoymu\u015f\u201d \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda depolan\u0131r ve elle\u00e7lenir.(S\u0131v\u0131 ve buhar dengeli bir \u015fekilde ayn\u0131 anda bulunur.)Doldurma prosesine ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce silindirin i\u00e7erisinde 0.7 bar\u2019dan daha fazla Nitrojen olmas\u0131, gaz\u0131n tehlikeli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde bas\u0131nca maruz kalmas\u0131na sebep olaca\u011f\u0131ndan, dolum esnas\u0131nda bu husus mutlaka kontrol edilmelidir.<br \/>\nT\u00fcp\u00fcn doldurulaca\u011f\u0131 mahalin s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131da bu sebeplerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00f6nemlidir.
